Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of AI-ssistant and a one-time AI-ssistant Decision Report for one agreed assessment scope.
1. Agreement and service operator
By using the service, creating a preview or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. AI-ssistant is the service name used in these Terms. Questions may be sent to contact@ai-ssistant.store. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract for yourself or the organization you represent.
2. What AI-ssistant provides
AI-ssistant provides a software-generated assessment matched to the submitted evidence. Depending on the source, the report may be a process-transformation decision pack, governance and control diagnostic, operating-model assessment, quantified optimization case, or discovery and validation report. Deliverables and limitations are shown in the preview before purchase.
3. Guest access and delivery
No account is required for the public report flow. The private report link acts as the access key, so you must keep it confidential. Anyone with the link may be able to view or delete the report. Access normally expires 90 days after the first successful report delivery, not while generation is still pending. One bounded evidence correction submitted within 14 days of first delivery is included where shown in the offer; it corrects source evidence and regenerates the report, but does not expand the agreed scope.
4. Your inputs and authority
You retain your rights in the material you submit. You grant AI-ssistant a limited right to host, process, analyze and reproduce that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You confirm that you are authorized to submit it. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, national identifiers, medical information, confidential case records, unlawful content or personal data that is unnecessary for the analysis.
5. AI-assisted analysis
The report is decision support, not a substitute for professional judgment. Automated analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular organization. You must validate material facts, assumptions, controls, financial inputs and recommendations with accountable people before implementation. AI-ssistant does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, regulatory, employment or cybersecurity advice and does not guarantee savings or business outcomes.
6. Price, payment and immediate digital delivery
The price and currency shown immediately before checkout apply to the purchase. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and handles payment, tax, receipts, refunds and chargebacks under its checkout terms. AI-ssistant does not store full card details. By expressly requesting immediate generation, you ask us to begin supplying personalized digital content as soon as payment is confirmed and acknowledge that any cancellation or withdrawal right may end when performance begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Report licence and intellectual property
After paid or authorized complimentary access, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, copy and share the delivered report within your organization and with its professional advisers for internal business purposes. A complimentary invitation has no cash value, is subject to its usage and expiry limits, and may be revoked before redemption. You may not resell the report as a standalone product, remove ownership notices, or represent AI-ssistant's software, methodology, prompts, templates or platform as your own. AI-ssistant and its licensors retain all rights in the service and underlying technology.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attack or probe systems, upload malware, bypass limits or access controls, interfere with other users, scrape the service at scale, reverse engineer protected portions, abuse payment mechanisms, submit content you are not authorized to process, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
9. Availability, changes and suspension
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, change, limit or suspend the service to protect users, comply with law, address provider failures or prevent abuse. Material changes will not remove a paid customer's already-delivered report without a valid security, legal or retention reason.
10. Refunds
The Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of these Terms. It covers failed delivery, duplicate charges and material technical defects while limiting change-of-mind refunds after personalized report generation begins, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. AI-ssistant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profit, lost data or decisions made from an unvalidated report. AI-ssistant's total liability arising from a purchased report will not exceed the amount paid for that report. These limits do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Oman. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively; the terms presented at checkout continue to govern that purchase where required by law.
