Terms of Service
This pre-launch draft reflects the current one-time Process Transformation Report product. It is not final legal advice and must be reviewed before public payment activation.
The service
AI-ssistant provides software-generated business-process analysis, including current-state reconstruction, transformation findings, opportunities, future-state direction, automation concepts, implementation planning and report generation. The initial public product is a one-time Process Transformation Report unless a different plan or service is clearly shown at checkout.
Your input and authority
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit the process information and for avoiding unnecessary confidential, personal or regulated information. You must not upload credentials, malicious content or information you are not authorized to process.
AI-assisted analysis and human review
AI-ssistant is a decision-support tool. Reports may contain AI-assisted interpretation and should be reviewed by qualified people before implementation. The service does not provide legal, tax, regulatory, cybersecurity, accounting or investment advice and does not replace required organizational approvals.
Evidence and assumptions
The product is designed to distinguish submitted facts, inferences, unknowns and assumptions, but automated analysis can still be incomplete or wrong. Financial benefits are not guaranteed. Any business-case values depend on the assumptions and inputs shown in the report.
Fees
The price and currency shown immediately before checkout apply to that purchase. A one-time report purchase does not create a recurring subscription unless recurring billing is expressly presented and accepted. Taxes or payment-provider charges, if applicable to the customer, will be handled as shown at checkout.
Intellectual property
You retain rights you have in the process information you submit. Subject to final legal review, the purchased report is intended for your internal business use. AI-ssistant’s software, methodology, product design, templates and underlying platform remain the property of the service provider or its licensors.
Availability and prohibited use
You may not use the service to attack systems, upload malware, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, abuse payment mechanisms or violate applicable law. Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures or security reasons.
Liability and governing terms
Final limitations of liability, warranties, indemnities, governing law, dispute terms and legal-entity details must be completed by qualified counsel based on the final Oman/international commercial structure before launch.
